PARENT SESSIONS

A grounded place to land when parenting feels tense, confusing, or stuck—and you’re carrying more than you should on your own.

These sessions are designed to support you as a parent, with practical tools, clear guidance, and language you can actually use in the moment. When you feel supported and equipped, it changes how you show up and that shift is often felt throughout the home.

VIRTUAL TEEN & YOUNG ADULT SESSIONS
Easy access to support—without the commute. These virtual sessions give teens and young adults fast access to support so they can talk things out before emotions spiral. Virtual sessions fit easily into school schedules, after-school routines, or busy evenings, and are ideal when emotions feel high and you don’t want to wait
Your teen or young adult gets a safe space to vent, reset, and learn quick strategies for anxiety, ADHD overwhelm, stress, confidence, and everyday pressure— I offer guidance, active listening, and real tools they can use right away.​​

COUNSELLING THAT COMES TO YOU IN YOUR OWN HOME
These therapeutic sessions take place right in your home—a familiar setting where teens feel more relaxed, safe, and willing to open up. Most teens talk more easily in their own space, and that comfort helps build trust and connection much faster than in a clinical environment.
All we need is a quiet spot in your home. I set up a small white-noise machine just outside the area to create privacy and keep conversations confidential, so your teen can speak freely.
During our time together, your child learns real tools for stress, anxiety, life skills, and healthier habits—all in a space that feels natural rather than intimidating. The in-home format also removes the stress of driving, juggling schedules, and walking into an office. Teens settle in quickly, parents feel more connected to the process, and the therapeutic relationship strengthens with ease.
