Self-Esteem
and Life Skills
Build confidence, self-awareness, and strong life skills that hold up in real life.
Personalized Sessions, Ages 13 - 25
This support helps youth and young adults strengthen self-esteem, motivation, decision-making, and healthy coping -especially during stressful transitions, social pressure, and everyday challenges. Sessions are personalized through an intake and guided by a proven skills framework, so the focus matches what’s needed.
"How do I know if self-esteem is an issue?"
Most people don’t say “I have low self-esteem.” It shows up in patterns—comparing, shutting down, overthinking, people-pleasing, avoidance, harsh self-talk, or difficulty bouncing back after setbacks.
Support helps when confidence, motivation, friendships, school pressure, body image, or
daily stress starts impacting mood, routines, or the willingness to try.
This work is a good fit when someone is:
-
stuck in self-doubt or negative self-talk
-
low confidence, motivation, or follow-through
-
friendship stress, bullying, or social pressure
-
overwhelmed by school pressure, transitions, or change
-
body image concerns or online comparison
-
needs coping skills, emotional regulation, and self-understanding
FAQS
"What is covered in these sessions?"
Sessions use a tailored skills framework focused on:
Self: values, strengths, identity, confidence, communication
Emotions: stress patterns + coping for worry/overwhelm
Body: nervous system regulation, sleep, routines, resilience, body confidence
Digital: online self-control, boundaries, less comparison, healthier balance
"What to Expect"
Support is tailored, not one-size-fits-all. After your intake, I identify the key areas to strengthen and map a clear, realistic path forward—whether that’s a short, focused series of sessions or ongoing support, depending on what fits best.
Sessions are practical and tailored, using conversation, skill-building activities, reflection tools, and real-life strategy practice. Each session includes simple next steps to use between sessions, and when helpful, parents receive brief guidance to support progress at home.
Sessions are available in a variety of formats based on what fits best for the person and family.
"What results can I expect?"
Progress looks different for everyone — but the goal is consistent: more confidence, clearer self-understanding, stronger coping, and better decision-making in everyday life. Many people notice they become less reactive, more grounded, and more willing to try, speak up, and handle challenges without spiraling. The focus is steady growth and skills that carry forward.
