As a parent/caregiver, you want to see your child thrive and feel confident in themselves. Unfortunately, issues like bullying, toxic friendships, and low self-esteem can make it difficult for adolescents to navigate the challenges of growing up. We have created an 8-week self-esteem program specifically designed for children and young adults who struggle with their confidence. With personalized, one-on-one coaching and educational handouts, this program equips your child with the tools they need to overcome these challenges and become a stronger, more self-assured individual. We provide support and guidance to help your child navigate these awkward years with confidence and ease.

These sessions are BEST SUITED for:

  • Children(11-12) transitioning to junior high school.

  • Children entering junior high school (13-14yrs) as they face new challenges and transitions in their lives

  • Adolescents aged (14-17) who struggle with shyness, making friends, and a lack of self-awareness may be particularly susceptible to the negative influence of social media on their self-perception

Self Awareness

"What do these counselling sessions consist of?" 
​

These sessions take place in the comfort of your home, where your child can feel relaxed and focused in a quiet and comfortable environment, such as a home office or rec room. Our coaching sessions may consist of various activities, worksheets, role-playing, and discussions that aim to teach and practice new strategies to help your child thrive. We cover a new topic each week and encourage your child to implement the strategies they learn into their daily lives. Follow-ups and recommendations are given from session to session, and we will provide you with a brief overview of your child's progress via email, so you're always informed and involved in your child's growth.

Though best suited for in-home environments, our sessions are available in a variety of formats best suited for you or your child's needs.

We understand that every child and family is different, which is why we work with you to find a schedule that works best for your family's needs. Our eight-week self-esteem program consists of tailored, one-on-one coaching sessions, and we can extend the program if you feel that your child would benefit from additional sessions. Our goal is to provide comprehensive support that works for you and your family, and we are always available to help you navigate any challenges that may arise..

The self-esteem program aims to equip adolescents with practical techniques that they can apply right away. This 8-week program is structured so that every session build on the previous one, allowing your child to gain confidence, motivation and a better understanding of themselves, all of which are essential for navigating adolescence.  By the end of the program, children will have learned valuable tools and techniques that will help them manage life’s challenges with greater ease.
