Core Route #3: Friendships Smarts! Ages 9 - 12 | 4-Week Series (Tuesdays, May 19 to June 9, 2026. 6:00pm - 7:30pm) 1139C Mill St., Manotick, ON K4M 1A0 A small, supportive group where kids build real-life friendship skills and feel more confident navigating social situations. Friendships aren’t always easy—but they can be learned and practiced in a safe, relaxed space. Over 4 weeks, they’ll learn how to: ✔ Read social cues and body language ✔ Handle inclusion and exclusion ✔ Set healthy boundaries in friendships ✔ Manage awkward moments and peer conflict Great for kids who feel unsure or stressed in friendships, get caught up in social drama, or lack confidence when it comes to making and keeping friends. Includes: • 4 weekly sessions (Tuesdays) • Simple parent insight sheets • Engaging, real-life activities • Certificate of participation Parent Info: Drop-off group so kids can relax, connect, and build confidence on their own.

Confidence and Connection Workshop registrants are to complete the Healthy Routes – Workshop Registration and Participant Information Form - 2026 before they can proceed to checkout (that is the form you see when registering/paying for a workshop.
