Free Parent Workshop: Understanding ADHD at Home Parenting a teen with ADHD can feel confusing — especially when they’re capable but still stuck, overwhelmed, or reactive. In this workshop, we’ll break down what ADHD actually is (and isn’t), why the “freeze” cycle happens, and how to respond in ways that lower conflict and build follow-through. You’ll leave with a clear framework for knowing when to regulate first, when to coach skills, and how to protect your teen’s confidence while still holding expectations. Practical. Grounded.
